Mango Kulfi 🥭

Isn’t getting hotter & hotter day by day which means summer are here ...my favourite season 🥭
I love mangoes & trying new recipe/desserts too 😋 This Mango stuffed Kulfi is so creamy, so fruity, and oh so delicious! !!
I have used limited number of ingredients so this recipe is just with available ingredients at home!!

In a pan Boil the milk & add all the ingredients together !!

Reduce the milk until thickens.
Keep stirring the Milk as it might stick to the bottom. - 3
Once it thicken turn off the heat and let the milk cool down.

For the mango,cut off the crown, take out the seed with knife.

Place the mango on a glass on which it can stand and fill the kulfi mixture into the mango. Retain the mango crown after filling it.

Cover the mango with the crown,freeze till 4-5 hours. on the glass go that the kulfi sets well in the mango.

When the kulfi sets peel the mango skin and slice them circles.

Sprinkle some dry fruits and serve it !
