Ingredients

3 cflour
3/4 cmelted butter
1 tspCinnamon/cardamom
3/4 cmilk
Oil for frying
Icing sugar for coating

Steps

Put flour in a bowl. Add cinnamon and mix

Add warm melted butter and mix well

Add milk slowly, kneading to form a soft dough. Let it rest five minutes

Heat oil in a pan. Flatten out dough to about 1/8 inch

Cut into strips then squares. Fry in oil till golden brown

Remove from oil and drain. Put icing sugar on top and toss well. Serve with tea
