  • Lemon
  • Mustard
  • Sweet corn
  • Kidney beans
  • Spring onions
  • Salt n sugar

Steps

    Mash the eggs

    Add mayonnaise,ketchup,spring onions,mustard, salt and sugar

    Mix and pour in lemon juice

  4. 4

    Add the diced boiled potatoes while still hot

  5. 5

    Add sweet corn n kidney beans

  6. 6

    Garnish with greens n serve
