I added instant miso soup to non-Japanese instant ramen noodles when I really wanted to eat miso ramen noodles, and it was good. Please use onion slices. Adjust the seasoning as you like. If you only have noodles, use 1/2 serving of chicken bouillon. If you like it light, you can cook the noodles and the soup separately. Recipe by Bo-changohan cookpad.japan -

All-Purpose Vegetarian "Meat" Miso All-Purpose Vegetarian "Meat" Miso
I saw a delicious looking meat miso in a magazine and rearranged it to make it vegetarian. You can use this with a variety of foods, so stock in your fridge. Since I love the texture of dried daikon radish strips, I love this miso. You can eat it as is with white rice, wrap it in lettuce, top it on warm vegetables, eat it with rolled omelets, or use it as a topping for noodles to make a vegetarian zhajiangmen (Chinese noodles with ground pork) It can also be used as a filling for rice balls. It will keep in the refrigerator for 4-5 days. Delicious Miso Ramen Delicious Miso Ramen
I love cooking, and I've always wondered if I could make soup on my own. Now I'm able to do so regularly. And it's even more delicious than any store-bought version!A generous amount of oil make things more delicious. In particular, I love the rendered fat from the meat when you stir fry it! But everything in moderation! In Step 5, if you rinse the noodles in cold water after you boiling them, they will firm up and become delicious! You can also drizzle ra-yu spicy chili sesame oil at the end!Top with finely chili threads, and it will be just like ramen at a shop.Store chopped green onions in a ziplock bag and freeze, and you can take them out and sprinkle them on things any time you want - it's convenient. Quick Yet Delicious Miso Ramen Quick Yet Delicious Miso Ramen
Since eating ramen out is so expensive, I figured that I could probably make something myself and gave it a go (cheapskate lol).I would say this tastes more like instant ramen than the 'real' stuff you get in ramen restaurants??If you're a fan of simple, delicious food without frills, this might be the dish for you.-If you fry the miso etc. in Step 1 over too high a heat it will sputter out of the pan, so be sure to cook it gently on medium.-The toppings photographed in Step 4 are 'Easy Chicken Ham', and 'Ise City Udon Tare'. Spinach & Mashed Tofu with Homemade Sesame Miso Dressing Spinach & Mashed Tofu with Homemade Sesame Miso Dressing
Mashed tofu dishes with sesame miso sauce that are made thoroughly and patiently taste great of course, but easily made ones are delicious too If you have sesame sauce granules on hand, the flavor can be quickly arranged and the slightly difficult to make mashed tofu with sesame miso sauce dish can be made easily! You can drain the water from the tofu by boiling or heating in the microwave, but those methods also cook off the flavor, so when making this mashed tofu with sesame miso sauce, take the time to drain the water. But if you drain too much of the water, it will become dry and crumbly, so only drain it moderately! Recipe by Heartful Kitchen Rei cookpad.japan
