Salmon and Spinach Japanese Style Gratin Salmon and Spinach Japanese Style Gratin
I intended to make a gratin with salmon and spinach, but with a lighter taste rather than the usual rich one. I came up with the idea of adding tofu in the white sauce to make it into a Japanese style. I also wanted to cut down on time, so tried using just one frying pan for the ease of cleaning at the end.Coat the ingredients with flour to fry, and make the white sauce at the same time, so it's really easy.Blanch the spinach to remove its bitterness. Use the frying pan to do this, and carry on cooking with just one pan, so clearing up is done in no time. Recipe by yaburie cookpad.japan -

Indonesian Folded Chocolate Pancake (Martabak Manis Lipat) Indonesian Folded Chocolate Pancake (Martabak Manis Lipat)
This is a very popular sweet treat and common street food that can be easily found in the streets of Indonesia. Lately, the increase in modern bakeries gave rise to a variety of fusion flavours, like what I did this time, making it with chocolate flavor and in a mini version. The texture of a good Martabak Manis has to to be soft and chewy with its distinct honeycomb texture visible. For the filling, traditionally is cheese, chocolate sprinkle, condensed milk and/or crushed peanut, but you can fill with whatever you like. Pawon Indo Bule -
Traditional Panettone Traditional Panettone
Panettone is a true labor of love! We love our dough! Good things take time!On the first day, there’s a 45-minute prep. Then, mix the final dough and let it chill in the fridge. The yeast does its magic while you sleep! On the second day, just shape the bread, prepare the pan, and wait for it to rise. Then, it’s off to the oven!Letting the dough rise overnight in the fridge gives it more flavor, makes shaping easier, adds flexibility, and some of the work happens while you sleep. 😉This recipe makes two 1.5 lb (750g) panettones or one large one! Easy! Economic! Homemade Chicken Nuggets Easy! Economic! Homemade Chicken Nuggets
Children love chicken nuggets. These homemade nuggets are economic and healthy.I tried my hand a number of times in order to perfect a simple recipe.Wet your hands when you form the nuggets. It's easier to shape them into little round balls before you try to make them look like nuggets. If you don't want to get your hands dirty, scoop with a spoon, drop in the pan and then spread it out while shaping gently with the spoon. You can just use ketchup and dried mustard instead of the sauce if you'd prefer! They're also delicious as is! Monkey Bread Monkey Bread
#breads Monkey bread is also called as Puzzle bread, Hungarian coffee bread, bubble bread and/or pull-a-part bread. Monkey Bread is one of the most popular "American" breakfast dishes. Despite the name, this bread has no connection with the primates. It is believed that the name "monkey bread" attributes to the fact that the bread being a pull-a-part finger food, the enjoyer would pick apart the bread as a monkey would. Monkey bread is a sweet, sticky, gooey, soft, pinch -me bread made from little balls of dough rolled in cinnamon sugar and baked together in a bundt pan.In this recipe, I filled each of the dough balls with chocolate spread to give it an extra chocolatey twist.
