Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cuphung curd
  2. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  3. 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  4. 1/4 tspcumin powder
  5. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  6. 1/2 tspkasoori methi
  7. 1/2 tspchaat masala
  8. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  9. 1/4 tspcarom seeds
  10. 2 tspgram flour
  11. 1 tbspemon
  12. 1 tspSalt
  13. 3 tspoil
  14. 3 tbsp pudina coriander chutney
  15. 1onion petals
  16. 1green capsicum cubed
  17. 200 gramscottage cheese cubed

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly take hung curd, add in all spices and green chutney.

    Mix till all the spices are combined well with curd.

  3. 3

    Now add onions, capsicums, and cottage cheese cubes. Mix gently to coat vegetables well.

    Furthermore, to marinate, cover and refridgerate for 30 minutes.

    Insert the marinated cheese, capsicums and onions into wooden skewers.

  6. 6

    Grill it in oven for 10-12 minutes, tandoor or roast it on a hot tawa.

    Finally sprinkle some chaat masala and serve hariyali paneer tikka immediately.
