Meat balls in garlic tomato sauce

In a mixing bowl, mix your minced meat, onions, black pepper, garam masala, part of garlic, part of corriander, a pinch of salt, bread crumbs and your egg.

Mix well then mould your mixture into balls of your preferred size.

Oil your pan and fry your balls till they are well cooked. Keep turning them.

Put them aside, fry your onions then add your blended tomatoes, garlic. Put your balls in your sauce and cook for 3 minutes. Add your corriander.

Ready to serve with either noodles or spaghettis
