Paneer Fried Rice

Wash and Soak basmati rice for 20min. After 20mins strain it. Heat water. Add rice, salt, ghee and boil in high and cook till done (approx 5mins to cook). Strain water and keep rice aside open in a wide plate to cool down.

Heat Pan. Add ghee. Shallow fry paneer cubes till nicely brown. Add some salt while frying. Remove paneer cubes. To the same pan add chopped garlic, onion fry well. Add peas, carrot, salt, pepper powder cook till 80% done. Add soya sauce, ketchup and mix well. Add paneer and rice.. mix well. Ready
