Ingredients

  1. 500 gmsFish fillet
  2. 350 mlBeer
  3. 1Egg big
  4. 1 cupall purpose flour
  5. 1 cuprice flour
  6. 1 tspPepper powder
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 1 tsprosemary
  9. 1 tsporegano
  10. Fordry mix
  11. 1 cupall purpose flour
  12. 1 cuprice flour
  13. Little salt
  14. 1 tspPepper powder
  15. as requiredOil for shallow fry

Cooking Instructions

    Wash fish fillet pat with kitchen towel, cut each fillet into 3 pieces

    Apply 1tsp turmeric powder and 1/2 tsp salt and keep for 20 min

  3. 3

    In a bowl pour beer, all purpose flour, rice flour, pepper, rosemary, oregano and mix thoroughly. The batter should be a thick consistency

    Another bowl mix all the dry ingredients.

    Heat a pan with enough oil. Coat the pieces in dry ingredients then dip it in the batter and shallow fry until golden brown.

    Serve with hot tomato ketchup along with garlic bread.
