Wash your hands cover your head and say Bismillah.

Soak chnna dal for 30 min.

Take a big pot add mince daal all masala and spices except gram masala and green dhnya. Add 2 glass of water and cook on medium heat till mince and daal get tender and get dry.

After cooling down choopi chop mixture and add gram masla green green dhnya and chopped chillies mix well and make kabab after that beat eggs and dip kbab and fry both sides till golden.

You can store these shammi kbabas in freezer for approximately 2 months.
