  1. 3.5 ozground pork (100 grams)
  2. Chopped chili peppers and garlic, to taste
  3. leavesFresh basil
  4. 1 cupcooked rice (about 200 grams)
  5. 1 tablespoonfish sauce
  6. 1 tablespoonoyster sauce
  7. 1 tablespoonsoy sauce
  8. 1/2 tablespoonsugar
  9. 1/2 tablespoondark soy sauce
  10. 1fried egg

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat a pan and add a little oil. Add the chopped chili peppers and garlic, and stir-fry until fragrant. Add the ground pork.

    When the pork is almost cooked, season with fish sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and dark soy sauce.

    Add the basil leaves, then add the cooked rice. Stir-fry until everything is well combined.
