Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1Raw banana.
  • Gramflour. 1/2. Cup
  • 1.5 spoonRed chilli.
  • 1/4 spoonBaking soda.
  • Salt. As required

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice raw banana skin.

  2. 2

    Make slices out of it.

  3. 3

    Mix gram flour,red chilli powder, baking soda and salt.

  4. 4

    Dip slice and drop in hot oil. Fry until golden brown in colour.serve hot with chutney.
