First take a bowl and add maida and add milk(room temperature) and mix it 5-10 mins continuously otherwise lumps will come...

Now preheat a kadhai on gas in low flame...

Now add stir mixture and add vanilla extract, powderd sugar and mix it properly...

Now take a cake mould and greeced with oil and sprinkled some maida on mould...

Pour a mixture on mould and put in kadhai and covered with lid...

After 20 mins you can check, cake is fluffy...

You can check with toothpick if toothpick comes out smoothly that means cake is ready...

Now off the flame and let them cool and put on plate...

Now cake is ready...you can serve with chocolate syrup..or without...
