In a dry bowl add milk powder, flour, samolina, baking powder mix well.

Add ghee and make crumble. Then gradually add milk at room temperature and knead dough

Make 6 balls of dough.

In the same time add sugar, cardamom and water in a pan add let it boil. On medium heat. In a pan add oil for frying on low heat.

When sugar dessolve turn flame to low heat and add lemon juice. Add dough balls in oil for frying.

When they become light brown take them out and put in the sugar syrup and then turn off the flame of sugar syrup.
