Steps

Firstly take a mixer jar,,add onions,tomatoes,cucumber...ginger,garlic and green chilli and make a paste..

Now take a pressure cooker,add oil or ghee,,add jeera and coriander powder,,now add paste of onions,tomatoes,..and cook until oil releases..now add all the spices and mix well..add 3 tsp water and mix well..

Cut potatoes in big dices,,,and wash them and wash peas as well

Now add aloo and matar to the masala and mix and saute for 1 min..

Now add water acc to your consistency....I add 1 glass of water...add malai and curd..it will enhance the taste..

Now cover the lid and cook for 2 whistles on high flame..and now slow down the flMe and cook for 8-10 min...your sabji is ready...enjoy with rice,roti,,papad,,salad and achar...
