  1. 1carrot chopped
  2. 1potato chopped
  3. 8-10french beans chopped
  4. 1onion
  5. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  6. 1 tspred chilli powder
  7. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  8. 1 springcurry leaves
  9. 1/2 tspjeera/cumin seeds
  10. 1/2 tspfennel seeds
  11. 1 tspoil

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil in a pan,tip in jeera and fennel and saute till aromatic then add onions and saute till translucent,then add ginger garlic paste and saute till raw smell disappears and later add chopped potato and carrots and cook till 80% done then add french beans and cook for 2mins.

    Add chilli powder,turmeric powder and salt and mix thoroughly and cook for 2more mins and lastly tear some curry leaves and give it a good mix and switch off the flame and serve with roti or as a side dish for rice.
