1 cupcoarsely ground Wheat
1 cupjaggery
1 tbspghee
3 glasswater

Steps

1

Heat ghee in cooker add wheat saute it till it changes in brown colour
2

Now add jaggery and water
3

Cover the lid and give 8-9 whistle and slow it for 5mins
