Instant Rabdi

I made this instant Rabdi with the use of cornstarch and condensed milk. Fresh breadcrumbs can also be used instead of cornstarch. This process saves time and energy. Refrigerate at least one hour to serve instant rabdi with condensed milk.

Steps

Boil the milk in a non-stick saucepan.

Add rest of the ingredients except cardamom powder.

Mix well and cook on medium flame,for 8 minutes.

Stir continuously and scrape the sides of saucepan.
- 5
Cool and refrigerate for 2 hours and serve chilled Rabdi, garnish with cardamom powder.
