Ingredients

  1. bean stew
  2. 1 bunchspring onion
  3. 3medium sized tomatoes
  4. 1medium sized carrot
  5. 1green capsicum(hoho)
  6. 1 Bunchdhania
  7. 1courgette
  8. 2royco cubes
  9. 1/2 tablespoonsalt
  10. cooking oil
  11. 1/4 kgbeans
  12. chapati
  13. 2 cupsflour
  14. 2 tablespoonsugar
  15. 1/2 tablespoonsalt
  16. 1carrot(grated)
  17. cooking oil

Cooking Instructions

    Assemble all ingredients for the beanstew

    In a sufuria pour some cooking oil and your onions and cook to your liking, when ready add the carrots and cover for a minute.

    Add your diced hoho courgettes,sprinkle the roycocubes and salt; let it cook for a few minutes till the courgettes become soft.

    Add tomatoes and cover;wait for a few minutes and stir

    Add your beans put some little water and boil till the soup thickens..

    Finally add some dhania, stir, and remove from heat

  7. 7

    Knead your dough to a soft one with all your ingredients

    Divide your dough into equal portions

  9. 9

    Dust one ball with flour and roll to a round shape

  10. 10

    Heat the pan till hot and fry till golden brown
