Take milk in a big pan.. keep it on medium flame for 10mins.

When milk becomes little thick, add sugar and custard powder (thin batter with4-6spn milk) stir cont. for 7-8min on medium flame.

When it cools down... add vanilla essence and cream. and beat for 7-8with whisk, hand blender Or mixer. and pour it in the.... it will look like this. for 2-3hours keep it in freezer

Aftr 2hours..take it our from freezer and churn for 5-6min..

Now in the bottom of your container add some crushed cookies and then pour icecream batter.

And keep it in freezer for 7-8hours.
