Instant Yeast Jalebi Recipe | Homemade jalebi

Firstly we take 3 tsp water add 1/2 sugar and yeast. Mix it well and cover for 15 mins.

Take a pot add 1 to 1/2 glass water and add 1 cup sugar. Cook it until sugar dissolved. Now add colour and cook until syrub thick.

Take a pot add 1 cup maida then add instant Yeast paste mix it. Now add water and make a paste.

Take a zip lock bag add the paste on it. Then make Jalebi shape and fry them.

Now dip Jalebi on sugar syrup. Syrup will b little warm.

Yummy Jalebi is ready to eat.

Paste will b not very thin. Otherwise Jalebi will not b properly made.
