In mixing bowl add maida, sugar,salt, baking powder and baking soda and mix well.

In another vessel add butter,mango pulp and buttermilk. Whisk everything together.

Add this mango- buttermilk to maida mix..Mix gently to make smooth batter. Keep aside for 15 minutes.

Heat four cavities pan tawa. Grease lightly with butter. Pour 1-2 tbsp of prepared mango pancakes batter,spread it gently. Flip after few minutes as lower side turn crispy golden brown.

Press little and cook again for few minutes. Prepared all pancakes similarly from remaining batter.

Stack prepared Mini Mango Pancakes in serving plate. On it garnish with diced mango pieces, sprinkle almond pistachio flakes. Drizzle with butterscotch syrup. Serve /Relish Delicious Mini Mango Pancakes.
