serving for 2 servings
  • I used left overs
  • Spring Onions and garlic
  • Tomatoes pureed
  • Pumpkin pureed in natural yogurt
  • Salt, curry power and Herbyo curry

  1. 1

    Fry the onions and garlic, add tomatoes puree and pumpkin puree

  2. 2

    Add the spice and a little water

  3. 3

    Cook for a few minutes and serve
