  1. Ingredients:
  2. 3 CupsMaida (All-purpose flour) sifted
  3. Namak (Salt) ½ tbs or to taste
  4. 1/2 tbsZeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed
  5. 4 tbsGhee
  6. Water 1 Cup or as required
  7. 2 tbsGhee melted
  8. 3 tbsMaida (All-purpose flour)
  9. Cooking oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Prepare Dough: In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,salt,cumin seeds and mix

    Add ghee and mix until it crumbles

  3. 3

    Gradually add water and knead until hard dough is formed,cover and let it rest for 30 minutes

    Prepare Namak Paray: Knead dough again until smooth then divide the dough into 3 equal parts. Take one part,make a ball and roll out with the help of rolling pin and cut into small diamond shapes with the help of the cutter

    In a wok,heat cooking oil and fry on medium low flame until golden brown

  6. 6

    Can be stored in airtight jar for up to 1 week
