Ingredients

50 minutes
  1. 400 gmspitted cherries
  2. 70 gmsmaida
  3. 10 gmsbesan
  4. 1/2 tspbaking powder
  5. 35 gmsmelted butter
  6. 80 gmssugar
  7. 120 gmscooking cream(Amul)
  8. 120 gmsfull fat milk
  9. 1/2mashed banana
  10. For egg substitute
  11. 3 tbspvegetable oil
  12. 3 tbspwater
  13. 2 tspbaking powder
  14. 2 tbspchopped white chocolate
  15. 2 tspbrown/castor sugar to dust the pie plate
  16. 1-2 tspvanilla extract

Cooking Instructions

50 minutes

    Grease a pie plate with butter & sprinkle some brown sugar over it & keep aside.

    In a mixing bowl take butter & sugar & beat it well. Then add vanilla and egg substitute and beat it nicely.

    Now add mashed banana and beat it nicely, then add milk and cream to the wet mix and beat everything nicely.

    Then sieve maida, besan & baking powder into the wet ingredients and make a smooth batter. Then place the pitted cherries over the greased pie plate & pour the batter over them and immediately transfer the Clafoutis in a baking tray top it with white chocolate & bake it for 45 minutes over 180°c both coil on.

    To make egg substitute- in a bowl take oil, water & baking powder and mix it nicely.

    Note- Make sure you place a baking tray beneath the pie plate before pouring the batter, you can even bake the Clafoutis in a regular cake mould to avoid spillage of batter.
