Kiwi Firni

Soak rice in water for 15mins.

Remove the skin of the kiwi and chop roughly.

Put in a blender and make puree.

Heat a nonstick pan and pour the kiwi puree.

Add sugar and cook till it thickens. Switch off.

Take out the kiwi mixture and keep in the refrigerator till needed.

Boil milk in a kadhai /pan.

Strain the soaked rice and grind coarsely with little milk.

Add this mixture to milk.

Cook till rice cooked well. Stir in between.

When the mixture becomes thickens add grated paneer and milk powder.

(if you are using khoya add in this step)
Switch off the flame. - 13
Add cardamom powder and pistachio. Mix.

Let the phirni come to room temperature. Stir in between.

Now add the chilled kiwi mixture and mix well.

Kiwi phirni is ready.
Chill for 1-2hours before serving.
