Delicious and nutritious momos made with semolina. Momos are a favorite in my home, so I always try to make healthier versions.

Mix semolina, salt, oil, and hot water to make a soft dough. Cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan. Sauté ginger-garlic paste until golden. Add onion and cook until slightly soft. Add paneer and the remaining vegetables, and cook lightly.

Add salt and black pepper powder, and mix well. Then add soy sauce and vinegar, and mix thoroughly. Turn off the heat.

Knead the semolina dough again. Divide into small balls. Roll each ball thin, fill with the prepared filling, and shape into momos.

Prepare a steamer. Steam all the momos for 15-20 minutes. Serve hot with chutney.
