Spicy Szechwan Chomein

Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste 1 tsp,salt,black pepper,soy sauce 1 tbsp,chillie sauce 1 tsp,vinegar 1 tsp and keep it for 1/2 an hour.

Heat 1/4.cup oil in wok and add chicken stir fry for 2 min and then cover for 8-10 min till tender remove from heat and keep aside.

Boil noodles as per instructions on the box and wash with cold water rub some oil and keep aside.

Heat 1/4 cup oil in a wok and sauté all veg for 2 min and remove from heat and keep aside.

Now Heat the oil and add daighi mirch cut into pieces and stir fry for 30 sec,then add chopped ginger garlic and stir fry now add cooked chicken, soy sauce,chillie sauce,vinegar salt, black pepper,mix well and add 1/2 glass of water cook for 1 min your Szechwan sauce is ready.

Now add boil noodles and stir fry on high flame till noodles become hot and absorb all the sauce now add spring onion and turn off the heat and surve yummy spicy Szechwan chowmien 😋💕
