Lets start making pathan traditional pulao, what we call "kabli pulao" so light and yummy dish.
Steps

Peel and Cutt carrots into thin strips

Now heat oil in pan, add half ts sugar and shallow fry carrots for 2-3 minutes, then remove carrots from oil and set aside

Now shallow fry kishmish in the same oil in which we fried carrots, add half ts sugar as well and mix, set aside

Now heat oil in a pan, add onions, when it's colors changes to brown,add beef fry beef for 10 minute, add spices and mix now add 2 glass of water and cook it untill beef become soft

Now boil rice in salt water

Now it's time to assemble, put beef mixture on boiled rice

Then add fried carrots and kishmish, cover the pan for 10 minutes on low flame

Mix, and serve
