Take three raw mangoes.cut it's top,pills out it's shells.

Cuts it's pieces.Made the paste in mixer.keep aside. Can be use 1 tsp sugar for making paste if any lump in the paste.

Collect all the masales.Take a nonstick pan.add pure desi ghee.add asafoidia hing in it.Then add Mango pulp and saute it up to change it's colour in low flame of Gas.

When it's colour have changed,add jaggery Gud in it.Mix it finely.

Add one by one all the masales in it.and saute it.All procedure is to be done in low flame.when it's stickiness separates from pan that means our mixture is ready.off the flame of Gas and keep aside for cooling it's dawn.

It's stickiness apart from pan is necessary for not moisturize in the future.Take sugar powder to made the bolls of mixture.After cooling made all the bolls of mixture like shown in the pic.

Digestive Gatagat Goli is ready to eat and you can store it in a air tiet jar for many days.
