Ingredients

  1. 1ripe banana
  2. 1 tablespoonwheat flour
  3. 1 tablespoonsemolina
  4. 1 cupMilk
  5. 2 pinchNutmeg powder
  6. Pinchbaking soda
  7. 2 cupsthick coconut milk
  8. 1 tspCorn starch
  9. 1/2 tspsugar
  10. 2 tablespoonJaggery

Cooking Instructions

    Mash banana, add semolina and wheat flour

  2. 2

    Add Jaggery mix and keep aside for 10 mins

  3. 3

    Now add milk,nutmeg powder and pinch of baking soda

  4. 4

    Heat appam stand grease with ghee pour mixture and cook on low flame

  5. 5

    Now take thick coconut milk add sugar and cook on low flame when it becomes lookwarm add paste of corn starch mix well and cook for minute and serve
