Besan ke Laddoo is one of the very popular indian Sweets Recipe.mostly people loves to eat Besan ke Laddoo.i made Besan ke Laddoo using Gram Flour, powdered sugar,Desi ghee, Cardamom powder,dry fruits.
Steps

We take Gram Flour, powdered sugar, and Desi ghee.

We take Cardamom powder,dry fruits & water.

Take a Pan add Desi ghee and add some part of gram flour mix well so that any lums would not be formed.

Mix well the mixture.add more Gram Flour slowly slowly and roast the mix well on low flame till golden brown in colour.then mix becomes thick.

Now take some water in your hand and spread over the Mixture.when you do this bubbles appear in the mixture.continue to stirr.now your mixture becomes very porous or danedar.

Roast mix well.then rest it for cool completely.

When Mixture Becomes Cools completely then add Cardamom powder,dry fruits.add Powdered Sugar slowly slowly and mix well.

Add Powdered Sugar mix well the mixture.now again add sugar and mix well.not at once.

Now mix become thick then take small portion of the Mixture and make Laddoo.

Now make Laddoo garnish with almond.Besan ke Laddoo is Ready.thanks alot.
