Take a big pan add water, boil it. Add macaroni and salt boil for 5-6 minutes.Check the macaroni it should be cut easily. Don't over cook.

Transfer it in kitchen sieve drain all the water.

While macaroni is cooking on other burner Heat butter in wok. Add finely chopped garlic sauté for 30 seconds.keep the flame low.

Add Flour stir quickly it with whisk. Keep on stirring so that no lumps are formed. Now gradually pour the milk stir continuesly otherwise lumps can be formed.cook it on low flame for 2-3 minutes.

When the sauce become thick it turns into creamy texture.add salt,chilli flakes,black pepper and oregano. Mix well.

At last add boiled macaroni, mix it well. Turn off the flame.

Transfer it into serving bowls. Serve it hot.
