Cooking Instructions

Grind Sugar to fine powder. Add milk powder in the same grinding bowl and grind it for a minute.

Add unsalted butter to the mixture and grind for 2 minutes. Add 2 Tbsp hot water to it and grind for 1 to 2 minutes.

Add 2 Tbsp water and grind it again.

Repeat the steps till you have add 10 Tbsp of hot water.

After add water for last time grind for 2 minutes to get smooth texture.

Can be preserved in an airtight container in refrigerator for 20 to 25 days.
