Steps

Wash and cut bhendi. In a nonstick pan add the bhendi and let it roast for some time.

Add little oil to it and saute for few minutes. Adding oil after dry roasting the bhendi will not make it sticky.

Then add sliced onions, green chillies and allow it to cook till the onions gets translucent.

Add the salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, peanut powder, dessicated coconut powder and crushed garlic in it. Mix it once and serve warm.

Dont mix the bhendi so much it will make it mushy.
