  1. 2 bowlpoha
  2. 1/2 bowlpeanuts
  3. 1tbsn ghee
  4. 2chopped green chillies
  5. 1tbps sugar
  6. To tastesalt
  7. 1tsn chaat masala

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat 2 tbsp ghee in a wok add peanut and stir when it crisp.when crisp keep aside.
    Now add poha and saute it.

    Add fried poha,penuts add in a mixing bowl.
    Now add chopped green chilli,salt,chat masala mix well.

    Serve with tea/coffee
