Steps

Roast sewai in ghee tin medium flame till golden brown.

Now take Milk in wide and heavy bottom pan add 1 glass water let it boil throughly stir continuously.

Now add roasted sewai and let it cook in medium flame stir continuously cook it for 35 to 40 minutes.

Add sugar and chopped and roasted nuts and again cook for 5 to 10 mins.

It's ready to serve hot or cold garnish with chopped and roasted nuts
