Sugar syrup: Heat water in a vessel add sugar and let it boil,add elaichi powder and let the sugar solution come to a one thread consistency and switch off the flame.

Mix together milk powder,all-purpose flour and baking soda and sieve it,add ghee and start mixing with your finger tips,to that add curd and add milk little by little and start kneading it into a soft dough.

Make small balls out of the dough and fry them till golden brown,once done remove and add them into sugar syrup and let it soak for a while and serve at room temperature or chilled.
