Steps

Wash and soak dal 4-5 hours. Grind.

Heat a heavy bottam kadai. Put ghee heat than add grind daal

Rosted at Medium slow flame.

Roasted.batter leave sides of kadai.add milk cook and stir continuously.

Add sugar,green cardamom powder, mix well add saffron.

Milk reduce.. batter thick add dry fruits..mix well.as required
- 7
Ready to Serve.
