Heat a pressure cooker in medium flame add two spoon ghee

Add jeera all whole spices and fry add chopped onions and fry add all vegetables and fry add all dry masala and fry for 5min add rice and fry

As we took 2 cup rice we ll take 4 cup water now pour the water.... Add fried kaju, raisin, coriander and mint leaves and close the lid.. Pressure cook for 3 whistle in medium flame. Swith of the gas.

Before serving you can add some more ghee to it serve hot with raita
