Ingredients

45 minutes
4 servings
  • 2 tbspoil
  • 1 teaspoonCumin seeds
  • 2 teaspoonGinger garlic paste
  • 2 tbspDry Red chilli paste (soaked 15 minutes)
  • 3medium size onion (chopped)
  • 10-12cashew nuts paste (kaju)
  • 2 cupfresh tomato puree
  • 3 tbspCurd
  • 1 teaspoonred chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoonCoriander powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonhaldi (turmeric)powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 500 mlhot water
  • 1/2 cupcarrot
  • 1/2 cuppeas (mattar)
  • 1/2 cupcapsicum
  • 1/2 cupboiled Cauliflower
  • 1 cuppaneer
  • 1 teaspoonkasuri methi
  • 1 teaspoongaram masala
  • 1charcoal
  • 1/2 teaspooncardomom powder
  • 2 tbspCoriander leaves
  • 1 teaspoonghee

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a kadai add oil and cumin seeds, Chopped onion cook until golden brown.

  2. 2

    Now add to Ginger garlic paste, Red chilli paste cook until oil saprated.

  3. 3

    Now add tomato puree,salt kaju paste,cook for 5 to 6 minutes.

  4. 4

    Now add red chilli powder, Haldi powder, Coriander powder, Cook for 2 to 3 minutes

  5. 5

    Add hot water and cook for 10 to 15 minutes.

  6. 6

    Lower the flame before adding Curd. And cook for 5 minutes.

  7. 7

    Add the vegetables (pea, capsicum,boil Cauliflower, paneer) mix it well and cook for 4 minutes.

  8. 8

    Add gram masala, Kasuri methi.mix it well.Cook for 2 minutes. Add Coriander leaves

  9. 9

    Now turn off flame.

  10. 10

    Transfer the bowl And small katori put in middle of Sabji and put it Leave charcoal and add Cardomom powder,Ghee

  11. 11

    Cover and smoke for 4 to 5 minutes.

  12. 12

    Serve with Roti.
