I love the flavor of coriander in all my dishes and this chutney tastes delicious with idli/dosai.
Steps

Keep all ingredients ready. Take all ingredients except tempering to a blender add salt and grind to smooth paste adding little water.

Transfer to a bowl. You can serve as such also but tempering gives an added taste.

Heat oil for tempering. Add mustard and urad dal after it cracks turn off stove and add curry leaves.

Pour over the chutney and serve.
