Steps

Take a bowl add all dry ingredients like oats, besan,salt, chilli, haldi mix it well with the help of water, make it smooth battle

Now add all chopped veggies in it and mix it well

Take a pan or tawa heat on the flame and pour little oil and put our oats battle in it slowly make sure the flame is in medium, cooked it proper in both side

When it turn Golden and crispy,chilla is ready to serve
