Dalia a healthy option for breakfast snack. Usually Dalia, batter used to make lapsi a sweet dish.

Wash and soak the dalia for 10 mins. Heat ghee, add green chillies, grated ginger and spices. Cook for 2 mins.

Add the chopped veggies. Add water, salt. Cover and cook till done.

Remove it in a serving plate and garnish it with coriander leaves and carrot julienne. Can serve with extra ghee, will taste yum.
