In a small bowl take besan salt and water beat it properly the paste is not too thin. For pakora meanwhile heat the enough quantity oil and put the small small balls into oil on medium to high heat make pakora.

A large bowl put some basan mix with water add buttermilk salt and turmeric powder. Meanwhile heat the oil add fenugreek seeds, jeera, mustard seeds, asafoedita, crushed garlic, curry leaves and chilli. Now add the buttermilk mix on high heat make it for boil.

Simmer the gas and allow the cooking and stir occasionally untill raw smells gone or until becomes thicker.

Check the thickness of kadhi now this point add the pakora and cover it for 5 -10 mins on low heat..they become soft and tender now switch off the gas serve with rice, taste is yummy 😋

Note - if want for extra punch also add the extra tadka with fried onions and red chilli.
