1 cupyoghurt
1 tspunsweetened coco powder
1riped banana
1 tsphoney
2 tspsugar(optional)
Pinchcardamom powder
2 tspchopped pistachios
1/4 tspblack pepper powder
1/4 tspdried pudina powder(optional)

Put all the mentioned ingredients except the pistachios into the blender and make a smooth paste.

Remove it in a bowl, add some pistachios in it and refrigerate it overnight.
