Flaked Fish in Chopped Pepper Sauce

Cooking Instructions

Gut(clean) your fish. Cut into two and boil, once it begins boiling reduce heat and allow simmer for about 30mins. When cooked, debone fish, flake it and set aside

Chop the Pepper, onions and Tomatoes. Ensure to deseed tomatoes. Pound garlic and ginger together to make a paste.

Clean pumpkin leaves thoroughly with salt water. Then shredd and set aside.

In a frying pan heat up oil and add garlic and ginger paste to the hot oil and then pour in the chopped pepper and onions. Cook for about 10mins so the pepper is properly cooked

When almost cooked add your chopped tomatoes, Seasoning cubes cook for about 5mins.

Lastly add the flaked Fish and shredded pumpkin leaves. Taste and correct seasoning if need be.
