Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupunsweetened coconut flakes
  2. 1/2 cupsliced almonds
  3. 1/4 cupsunflower seeds
  4. 1/4 cupshelled pumpkin seeds
  5. 1/4 cupchopped pecans
  6. 1/4 cuphemp seeds
  7. 1/4 cupcacao nibs
  8. Sweetener syrup:
  9. 1 tbspcoconut oil
  10. 1 tspvanilla extract
  11. 1 tspmaple syrup
  12. 1 tsperythritol or other sweetener
  13. 1/2 tspground cinnamon
  14. 1 pinchnutmeg

    For the syrup: mix all the ingredients from this list and stir. Set aside.
