Cooking Instructions

Mix flour, baking powder and cardamon.
- 2
Whisk sugar, oil, milk and eggs to a smooth butter.
- 3
Add the butter to the previous flour mix and knead to a soft dough then cover for 1hr at room temperature.
- 4
Divide the dough into ball portions and roll out then cut into desired shapes.
- 5
Fry them in oil on medium heat until golden brown then remove and drain on paper towel.
- 6
When cool serve with tea or juice.
