  2. 100 gramMethi (fenugreek leaves)plucked cleaned washed
  3. 100 gramtuar dal
  4. 2onion chopped
  5. 5 Garlic cloves
  6. 1 tspginger
  7. 1 pinchHing/asafoetida
  8. 1 teaspoongaram masala
  9. 2tomato chopped
  10. To tasteSalt
  11. 1/2 tspurmeric powder
  12. 1 teaspoonred chilli powder
  13. 1green chilli chopped
  14. Mix veg sabji
  15. 75 gramcauliflower
  16. 1potato
  17. 50 grambeans
  18. 1carrot
  19. 1tomato
  20. 1onion
  21. 2 Teaspooncoriander leaves
  22. to tasteSalt
  23. 2Green chilli
  24. 1Red chilli
  25. 1 tspTurmeric powder
  26. 1/2 tspCoriander powder
  27. as neededOil
  28. For green chilli thecha
  29. 100 gramgreen chilli
  30. 8garlic cloves
  31. 3 tspOil
  32. 50 gramcoriander leaves
  33. to tasteSalt
  34. 1/2 tspCumin powder
  35. For Raita
  36. 1 cupcurd
  37. handfulMix chivda
  38. 2 tspOil
  39. 1 tspMustard seeds
  40. to tasteSalt
  41. 1/4 tspBlack pepper
  42. 1/2 tspCoriander powder

    For methi dal

  2. 2

    Add oil in a pan add garlic paste and add onion, tomato, green chilli and saute them for 5 minute in slow flame

  3. 3

    Add chopped methi and saute them for 5 min add boiled tur dal and add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala and cover with lid for 2 min

  4. 4

    Add some coriander your methi dal is ready

  5. 5

    For mix veg

  6. 6

    Add oil in a pan add green chilli and garlic paste then add onion till onion is brownish add tomato, potato, cauliflower, beans, capsicum.

    Add all masala and mix it add some water and saute them for 10 min

    For green chilli thecha

  9. 9

    In a mixer pot add 8 piece of garlic, coriander, green chillies and add some salt and cumin powder.

    Grind it like a paste then add oil in a pan and add thecha then switch off the flame and your thecha is ready

    For raita

    Add curd in bowl and add mix chivida in it add oil in a pan and add mustard in it and give temering (tadka) your Raita is ready

    Enjoy your delicious veg thali
